A film adaptation based off the original fiction book by Sophie Irwin, set in Regency England which explores romance, friendship and gender stereotypes. I designed and constructed this costume concept, which is a historically accurate 1819 evening gown with appropriate undergarments and accessories. Elements include free hand embroidery, jewellery making, fabric dyeing, tailoring, and hand-sewing.

An immersive live dance performance based off the history of Burlesque, mixed with inspired meaning in song lyrics and contemporary design choices.The design was inspired by the song 'Feeling Good' by Michael Bublé, which represents the positivity felt through nature and a feeling of being free. Elements included hundreds of hand-embellished rhinestones, an aluminium crafted wing structure, 668 laser-cut feathers, and a tailored bra and bodysuit finished with a flat-seamer.

Researching her life and style, I designed 4 existing looks and created 1 look based from my own ideas and understanding of Iris.
